Completed in 1994, Prince's Grant Lodge is built in a luscious oasis overlooking the Indian Ocean. The first owner was George Wilson Prince who acquired the property by Deed of Grant on 20 October 1856 from Her Majesty Queen Victoria. Soon after, Mr. Babu Bodasing, who was an indentured cane cutter, acquired the farm, which was later sold to Prince's Grant Property Share Block Limited by Raj Bodasing. Construction of the golf course commenced in 1992, and it opened for play in June 1994. There is much history to Prince's Grant which has built the foundation of this estate.

Today Prince's Grant Lodge boasts a 4 star bed and breakfast. It is an award winning, hotel set in a magnificent oasis, surrounded by pristine coastal forest and fringed by the warm Indian Ocean.

Any company or individual in search of an exclusive, professional conference venue need look no further. Prince's Grant, overlooking the Golf Course and surrounding water features, is the ideal venue for strategy sessions, team building, product launches, and small conferences.

The Mulligans Pub is a conference delegate's refuge after a rough day of work. Close to the award winning restaurant within the main hotel building all areas are in close proximity of one another. The conference centre is self contained with a flexible configuration to accommodate up to 50 people in one room.

The venue is fully air-conditioned and facilities include: internet access; data projector; overhead projector ; light dimmers; flip charts; pa system; stationery and state of the art kitchen that can handle specific requirements.

Catering

All meals are catered for from our multi award winning kitchen, prepared by our head chef Sharda Govender, and her team.

We offer you a choice from our Buffet Menus for your Luncheon and Dinner requirements; please advise of any special dietary requirements, where applicable.

Regrettably our facilities do not permit catering for Kosher meals but can be purchased for an additional cost.

We can also arrange catering for corporate breakfasts, cold buffet menu's for lunch and dinner and shack menu's upon request.

Beverage

Prince's Grant Lodge, is renowned for its extensive wine list. We are a fully licensed establishment and offer a wide range of beers, malts, spirits and liqueurs.

Please advise what your requirements are in regards to beverages, we also have selectable Beverage lists available, should you wish to make your own limited selection for your conference or function.

We regrettably do not allow corkage on any beverages. Should you require any special beverages, please inform us in advance.
